THE POSITION:

To support our team, we are looking for an Assistant to the Management (m/f/d) in Hannover in full-time as soon as possible.

Support of the management in daily operations
Preparation and presentation of presentations, statistics and reports
Organization of internal and external meetings, meetings and business trips
Reception of guests, business partners
Communication and correspondence in German
Extensive administrative and organizational tasks

YOUR PROFILE:

Successfully completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in a commercial position
Organizational talent is essential
Very good communication and teamwork skills
Absolute reliability, loyalty and discretion
Quick comprehension, high degree of independence
Very good IT skills
German - very good knowledge in spoken and written form
