In an 18-month trainee program with a focus on "Project Management Research & Development," you can deepen your expertise and gain experience in various departments both domestically and internationally, with the goal of becoming a Junior Project Manager for technology-driven projects in the fields of electronics, sensors, and high-frequency technology.


What to expect:

  • Active involvement in project management in all typical project phases from project initiation to realization and handover to series production. This includes tasks such as establishing project organization, planning and structure, working in a team, monitoring and controlling performance, quality, time, and costs, and defining and achieving derived measures.
  • Structured training plan for your future role as a Junior Project Manager, including work in various upstream and downstream interface areas such as sales, supply chain management, and production.
  • Opportunity to complete a project assignment at one of our international locations.

What you bring:
