Join our team at one of our specialty stores in Delshire, OH as a Hearing Aid Technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Our customers are at the center of everything you do. In serviceoriented sales and consultation conversations, you conduct hearing tests and offer individual solutions.
  • You excel at implementing our sales routines and ensure an exceptional customer experience through optimal processes in the specialty store.
  • You continuously support our customers in caring for their hearing aids, provide advice on accessories, and build longterm customer relationships.
  • You use our existing customer data to make phone calls to our customers and organize local marketing activities (e.g. market days and health fairs).
  • As a data juggler, you work carefully and keep all customer information up to date.
  • As part of the specialty store organization, you support with scheduling, maintain the calendar, and manage orders and inventory.

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Aid Technician (m/f/d).
  • You always act with a customeroriented mindset and enjoy providing advice and sales.
  • You possess strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are committed to achieving shared success.
  • You are organized, highly flexible, and responsible.
