We are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk (m/f/d) for our client in Augsburg.


Your responsibilities:

  • Entering transfer forms from our clients
  • Entering order forms for veterinary requirements
  • Checking entered data for accuracy
  • Creating lists and checking forms
  • Entering and processing followup requests
  • Communicating with clients over the phone

What we are looking for:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a similar qualification
  • Ideally, experience in data entry
  • Basic technical understanding and good computer skills (especially 10finger typing)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays is required
  • Diligent and careful work ethic
