We are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d) to join our customer service team in the energy supply sector in Chula Vista, TX.

Employment between 30-40 hours per week is possible.


Responsibilities:


  • Telephone customer support
  • Recording of customer data and meter readings
  • Explanation of annual statements
  • Providing information on account balances
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Clarification of discrepancies in invoices and reminders

Requirements:


  • Previous work experience is desirable
