Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our customers. Your goal is to interact with the customer in a friendly and service-oriented manner and to competently solve their concerns. You handle the tasks falling within your area of responsibility independently and conclusively, and act as a mediator for tasks beyond that. A completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk is not required.
- You are flexible and work at multiple locations, each in one of our two market areas.
