We are currently seeking a
Employee for the Private Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d) for the
Department of General, Visceral, and Pediatric Surgery to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Organization of appointments for the private outpatient clinic of the general surgery department
Management of patient records, collection of patient data
Blood draws and wound checks
Preparation of billing with documentation
Coordination of appointments and inpatient admissions for patients
Representation of patient admissions in the private outpatient clinic

Requirements and qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a medical assistant / health care nurse / pediatric health care nurse
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of medical terminology
