Nursing Consultant (m/f/d)

Nursing Consultant* for consultations according to § 7a SGB XI starting immediately in full-time in the district of Landshut Your task:

As a Nursing Consultant* for consultations according to § 7a SGB XI, you are the local contact person* for advice.

You promote the autonomy of the care recipients and their relatives. Together with the parties involved, you strengthen home care.

In addition to organizational issues related to care, you also provide advice on psychosocial issues, act as a competent contact person* for all questions related to care, and engage in local care networks.

You conduct your consultations as home visits, by phone, or via video call.


Your profile:

You are an experienced nursing professional (m/f/d), alternatively have completed training as a Social Insurance Clerk or have a degree in Social Pedagogy or Social Work with relevant professional experience.

You are empathetic and reliable in your approach and know how to put the clients and their needs at the center of your conversation.

You enjoy being out and about in your region and have a Class B driver's license. You are familiar with digital applications. You are looking for meaningful work with social relevance.
