Insolvency Clerk (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will support our insolvency administrators in handling corporate insolvencies, particularly in business continuations and restructurings.
  • You will also handle the regular tasks involved in insolvency administration (preparing and creating reports, expert opinions, and lists, including correspondence with parties involved in the proceedings in German and English).
  • Monitoring deadlines and managing appointments.

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as a legal assistant, commercial apprenticeship, or relevant university degree.
  • Experience in insolvency administration is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in winsolvenz.p4 and LEXolution. DMS or willingness to familiarize yourself with industryspecific software.
  • Strong team player with a selfsufficient, meticulous, and structured work style.
