Description

To support our company location in Fürth, we are looking for a communicative and dedicated team member in full-time (40 hours). We offer a challenging, independent and diverse range of tasks with optimal development opportunities.

Job Title and Responsibilities

You will support our sales, service and support in particular in the following areas:

  • Sales of our products and services (mainly in the field of IT communication, M2M and IoT)
  • Identifying potentials and sales opportunities and creating customized offers
  • Continuous project support from acquisition to after-sales service
  • Independent customer correspondence with the support of our strong technical support team
  • Customer consultation, product presentation and networking at trade fairs and events
  • Order processing in coordination with customer service
  • Monitoring of needs and initiating timely orders for on-time deliveries
  • Preparation and maintenance of databases, Excel and project lists
  • Organization of appointments and presentations
  • Answering calls at the telephone switchboard

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Willingness to familiarize oneself with new areas of expertise (e.g. IoT) and specialize in them
  • Ideal technical understanding and interest in topics such as IoT, Smart Home
