At our location in Kleinostheim, we are currently looking for a

Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for Dispatch/Shipping


Your new challenge:

In this position, you will work together with your colleagues in dispatch to ensure smooth operations at the pick-up centers and act as a link between loading and sales.


Your tasks:

  • Processing pickup orders
  • Creating shipping documents, pickup orders, deliveries, credits and material returns
  • Tracking deliveries
  • Organizing commission goods
  • Cooperation with the sales field team and loading personnel
  • Telephone support and advice for customers/forwarders
  • Checking, booking and assigning internal plant transfers to commissions

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarder
  • Professional experience in logistics or sales
  • Strong customer and service orientation, communication skills and teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office
