As the main point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in our communication both over the phone and in person at our educational facility.

Your Profile:

You have completed a commercial education or have successfully completed a relevant university degree.
You have a confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and are fluent in written and spoken German.
You have previous experience in a similar position.
You are organized, enjoy working in a team, and are always ready to perform at your best.
You have good computer skills and are proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for our students, providing friendly and respectful assistance both in person and over the phone.
You will handle registrations and applications and ensure the regular maintenance of customer data.
As part of our service team, you will also assist with administrative and organizational tasks.
