Description

This will be your area:

  • You will be responsible for order processing and handling, as well as managing customer correspondence for our French market.
  • You will maintain customer master data, conditions, and monitor customer accounts (payment monitoring, commission creation), including monitoring delivery dates.
  • In addition, you will handle credit notes, charges, returns, complaints, and cancellations.
  • You will also respond to customer inquiries regarding products from our catalogs and other marketplaces, via email and phone.
  • Your daily work will also include technical and commercial master data maintenance.

What you bring:

  • A successfully completed commercial education.
  • Fluent French language skills in both written and spoken form, with English skills being desirable.
  • Customer and service orientation, as well as strong communication skills.
  • Your own ideas and experiences to constantly improve our customer service.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Initiative, independence, and resilience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
