Customer Advisor for Our International Team - Chadds Ford, PA, United States - Matrix Dynamics
Description
This will be your area:
- You will be responsible for order processing and handling, as well as managing customer correspondence for our French market.
- You will maintain customer master data, conditions, and monitor customer accounts (payment monitoring, commission creation), including monitoring delivery dates.
- In addition, you will handle credit notes, charges, returns, complaints, and cancellations.
- You will also respond to customer inquiries regarding products from our catalogs and other marketplaces, via email and phone.
- Your daily work will also include technical and commercial master data maintenance.
What you bring:
- A successfully completed commercial education.
- Fluent French language skills in both written and spoken form, with English skills being desirable.
- Customer and service orientation, as well as strong communication skills.
- Your own ideas and experiences to constantly improve our customer service.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Initiative, independence, and resilience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
