Responsibilities:

You mainly handle written customer inquiries in the back office (e.g. cancellations, rebookings, flight time changes)
You focus on providing quality advice instead of quantity and sales
You assist customers of in choosing additional products, such as travel insurance or rental cars
You help customers with questions about baggage regulations, seat assignments, boarding times, etc.
You support our 1st level support/front office with followup questions
You independently handle goodwill and complaint cases
