Responsibilities:

  • You mainly handle written customer inquiries in the back office (e.g. cancellations, rebookings, flight time changes)
  • You focus on providing quality advice instead of quantity and sales
  • You assist customers of in choosing additional products, such as travel insurance or rental cars
  • You help customers with questions about baggage regulations, seat assignments, boarding times, etc.
  • You support our 1st level support/front office with followup questions
  • You independently handle goodwill and complaint cases
