We are currently looking for a
commercial employee (m/f/d) for administration at our
Neckarsulm location on a part-time basis.

Your tasks will include...

Proactive support of management in daily operations (e.g. general correspondence, preparation and followup of meetings, etc.)
Correspondence within our network of practices regarding personnel matters and with external service providers
Preparation of employment contracts and related correspondence
Maintenance of employee master data
Preparatory accounting tasks (e.g. processing of incoming invoices, preparatory work for payroll accounting, etc.)
Participation in the implementation of a human resources management software

Your profile should include...

Completed commercial training (e.g. office communication clerk, industrial clerk or equivalent) (m/f/d)
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in human resources and/or accounting is an advantage
