For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currently searching for a skilled expert in the field of employee-employer relations in the Gießen region.


Your challenge:

  • Collaboration with all employee representation bodies of the company in Germany
  • Regional responsibility, negotiation and implementation of all collective legal issues
  • Advising managers on all collective legal matters
  • Reviewing and optimizing employee representation processes
  • Participation in local and global transformation projects, providing recommendations from a collective legal perspective

What you bring:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a specialist in labor relations
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship management, rather than legal perfection
  • Knowledge of complex matrix organizations
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
