  • As an IT Application Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the administration and implementation of specific applications.
  • You will also be responsible for independently analyzing and resolving disruptions, as well as coordinating service requests in 2nd/3rd level support.
  • You will install updates, hotfixes, and new releases and coordinate the associated processes.
  • You will accompany the applications throughout their entire application life cycle.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for requirements analysis, evaluation of new requirements, implementation, and transition into operation.
  • You will be responsible for the operation of platforms for data solutions.
  • You will maintain and create documentation and the team's internal knowledge database.
  • You will continuously participate in current projects and contribute to the development of existing applications.
  • You will automate and optimize existing processes and interfaces.
  • You will support and advise on technical issues.
