We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Project Manager for Real Estate Development (m/f/d) to support our team in Babson Park, FL.

Responsibilities:

Your tasks at KIM:

Operational commercial management of projects from acquisition to development to exit (sale and/or rental)
Acquisition of new properties
Conceptualization and planning responsibility for diverse and complex projects
Compilation and management of a qualified project team
Preparation and responsibility for projectspecific profitability analyses, obtaining building permits
Preparation and negotiation of contracts with planners, service providers, and consultants
Achieving the goals of the business plan, regular reporting, negotiation with potential tenants / management of the sales process
