Device Center Employee ():
Your responsibilities:
- Timely management of contract and orderrelated services on site, including invoicing
- Disposition, management, and supervision of contract allocation to ista service partners
- Ensuring process quality
- Responsibility for materials management, including inventory
- Complete handling of new and existing business
- Maintenance of device master data and contracts
- Point of contact for technical questions from service partners regarding devices and systems
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
- Strong technical understanding
- Knowledge in the areas of heating/plumbing is an advantage
