These are your responsibilities

  • You lead the Quality Assurance team by challenging and supporting them, and acting as a mentor to the team.
  • Together with your team, you are responsible for complaint management and work in problem-solving teams.
  • Using quality methods in the automotive industry, you identify potential for improvement and initiate measures for continuous improvement of production processes and product quality.
  • As Team Leader Quality Assurance, you are the central point of contact for tracking measures.

This is what you bring

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have relevant experience in quality management, particularly in the application of various quality methods such as FMEA or 8D reports.
  • You have a structured approach and problem-solving skills, as well as a sense of responsibility, reliability, and stress resistance. You also have excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
  • Fluent German and English skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, complete your profile.
