We are currently seeking a team member (m/f/d) for our client, a major airline, to handle inquiries related to freight handling.

Full-time employment is possible, part-time can be discussed.


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing written and telephone customer inquiries on behalf of the airline
  • Data qualification and implementation of contractual adjustments, as well as preparation and archiving of work materials
  • Booking of shipments
  • Creation of customs and freight documents
  • Requesting missing documents

Your profile:


  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills and precise, independent work style
  • Good spatial awareness, willingness to learn, and ability to handle pressure
  • Sales, service, quality, and customer orientation
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Ideally, experience and knowledge in customer service
