IT Support Employee (m/f/d)Responsibilities:
Consulting and supporting teams at our locations in Erlangen and Nuremberg as a competent contact person for issuing and setting up hardware and software, providing training and documentation, and ensuring data protection and security
Responsible for receiving, categorizing, and resolving issues and providing assistance as needed within the scope of 1st line support
Solving complex problems in collaboration with external IT system partners
Continuously initiating and accompanying the optimization of IT strategies with digitalization projects for a future-proof digital law firm in the cloud business
Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge and completed training in the IT field
Good understanding of operating and basic software such as Windows 10, Office 2019, Microsoft 365, Teams, or SharePoint. (User) knowledge of DATEV software is advantageous
A structured, independent work style and analytical approach to identifying and solving errors, either alone or with system partners, are essential
