Responsibility for planning and execution of new construction and renovation projects in the field of electrical engineering/MSR of cost groups 450 and 480 according to DIN 276
Accompaniment and management of external planners commissioned based on HOAI
Participation in decision templates, inventory analyses, and feasibility studies as well as coordination with authorities, architects, specialist planners, and executing companies
Participation in the development of modern and future-oriented concepts for intelligent energy use of the two properties in cooperation with the Office for Environmental Protection of the City of Stuttgart
