Dispatcher/Coordinator (m/f/d), Central Endoscopy Department in the Center for Internal Medicine II

Chemnitz

- with immediate effect

Fixedterm with the option of permanent employment

We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Dispatcher/Coordinator (m/f/d) to support our endoscopy department.

The position is in day shift.

YOUR TASKS

Reception desk duties in the endoscopy department
Checking patient records
Handling spontaneous problems from the examination rooms
Working with SAP, WinData (creating examination orders, reading chip cards, processing orders)
Sending out histological examination material
Problem management
Close collaboration with doctors, patients, external clinics, and patient transport

YOUR PROFILE

Professional permit as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or health and nursing care professional (m/f/d) or pediatric health and nursing care professional (m/f/d)
Experience in the field of gastroenterology is an advantage
