The Opportunity:
Finance Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time)
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is able to balance operational changes and business growth with a high degree of organization, multi tasking and accountability.
Our team values collaboration, open communication, and a supportive work environment.What You'll Do:
- Liaise, coordinate, monitor, and process invoices and payments
- Manage AP reconciliation, including oversight of automated processes and tools
- Assist with AR invoicing, statement preparation, and collection
- Assist with month end general ledger account reconciliations
- Ensure accurate filing and record keeping of AP/AR information
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Coordinate reimbursements with the payroll team
- Assist in calculation of incentive compensation payments
What You'll Have:
- Strong organizational skills and process orientation
- Effective communicator
- High attention to detail
- A minimum of 2 years of finance, AP, or other similar experience
- Proficient in spreadsheets
- Knowledge of and experience with accounting software considered an asset
