The Opportunity:
Finance Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is able to balance operational changes and business growth with a high degree of organization, multi tasking and accountability.

What You'll Do:


  • Liaise, coordinate, monitor, and process invoices and payments
  • Manage AP reconciliation, including oversight of automated processes and tools
  • Assist with AR invoicing, statement preparation, and collection
  • Assist with month end general ledger account reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate filing and record keeping of AP/AR information
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment inquiries
  • Coordinate reimbursements with the payroll team
  • Assist in calculation of incentive compensation payments

What You'll Have:


  • Strong organizational skills and process orientation
  • Effective communicator
  • High attention to detail
  • A minimum of 2 years of finance, AP, or other similar experience
  • Proficient in spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of and experience with accounting software considered an asset
