About us
Coordination and organization
As Ramona, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring appointments, as well as coordinating meetings. You will also be in charge of booking travel arrangements and planning events.

Communication
You will act as the liaison between the team, other departments, and our international clients. This includes managing the telephone system, responding to and forwarding emails, and handling general correspondence. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining our VACUFLEX website.

Data and information management

You will be responsible for creating statistics and reports, as well as supporting the team in processing data sheets and price lists.
