Job Summary


Assist in operating the laminator machine to laminate materials such as adhesives, rubbers, silicones, sponges, copper, aluminum, insulation films, etc.

Learn to operate paper cutters, including both auto shear and manual models, to cut materials accurately to specified sizes.

Support the operation of the Artos cutting machine to cut materials efficiently to required dimensions. Assist with operating the Auto Sheeter to produce materials in specified sizes for further processing or packaging.

Learn to package materials and parts securely for shipment, ensuring proper handling and protection during transit.


Support the operation of the logger machine to pull through and slit materials such as tapes, adhesives, rubbers, silicones, sponges, copper, aluminum, insulation films, etc.

Assist with operating the slitting machine to slice materials including tapes, adhesives, rubbers, silicones, sponges, copper, aluminum, insulation films, etc.

Follow instructions from supervisors and more experienced team members to ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up equipment/machinery and install equipment or attachments on machinery or
related structures.

  • Read and understand job traveler instructions, technical drawings and setup
  • Measure and record products or materials to control quality
  • Monitor machinery/equipment operation to detect problems
  • Use hand tools; Adjust production equipment / machinery setup
  • Load or unload material onto machinery
  • Clean equipment or machinery

Required Skills:

Education Requirements
High school diploma, GED or five (5) years' work experience
