Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met.

Your role will involve supervising a team of production workers, monitoring quality control, and implementing efficient production methods.


Duties:


  • Keeping a strong presence and managing all operations and people on the production floor
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
  • Train and mentor new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
  • Implement and enforce safety guidelines to create a safe working environment
  • Analyze production data and implement strategies for improvement
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the production process to Operations Manager.

Skills:


  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Track KPI and identify problems and solutions.
  • Proven record in training employees about safety and production
  • A working knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health
  • Ability to coach and motivate employees.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks
  • Multilingual a plus

Pay:
$63, $65,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Manufacturing: 5 years (required)
  • Leadership: 5 years (required)
