Your tasks

  • Inspection of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Documentation of delivery damages and handling of complaints with our suppliers
  • Processing of incoming customer orders
  • Placing outgoing orders with suppliers
  • Organizing shipments
  • Serving walk-in customers at the counter
  • Customer consultation over the phone
  • Possibly unloading and organizing delivered goods

Requirements

  • Enjoyment of customer contact
  • Resilience and reliability
  • Preferably with professional experience
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Knowledge of foreign languages desired, but not mandatory
  • Possibly experience with ERP software (especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Forklift license desired
  • Class CE 95 driver's license desired
