HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST | M/F/D

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the conception, planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resources development strategies
  • You will plan various human resources development measures in close coordination with the management and human resources department
  • You will implement targeted development instruments for specialists and managers, for junior staff development, and for talent management
  • You will participate in company health management
Qualifications

  • You have a degree in educational sciences, social sciences, psychology, pedagogy, or human resources
  • You have several years of experience in the field of human resources development
  • You have solid and demonstrable knowledge as a project manager
  • You have good analytical skills and a structured, processoriented way of working
  • You are serviceoriented, communicative, and assertive
