Our Vision: Your Responsibilities

As an application engineer (m/f/d), you will act as a technical link between development, sales, and our customers.
You will be a competent contact person for selecting suitable coating materials/coating systems for customers and sales, taking into account customer-specific processes and requirements.
Presentation of coating materials and technical advice for customers/management of projects in Germany and neighboring European countries.
Handling of application-related issues in the development of new products, in close cooperation with the development department.
Conducting experiments to optimize products/processes and to verify customer-specific requirements/profiles/specifications.
Supporting the implementation of internal and external training.
Creating samples for customers and trade fairs.

Solid technical education as a painter/lacquerer (ideally a master), paint laboratory technician, paint technologist, paint engineer, or a comparable qualification (m/f/d).
Extensive experience in handling paints and coating materials on metals, application and drying processes.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Proficient in MS Office.
Customer-oriented personality with a convincing appearance and attention to detail.
