This is what your daily work looks like:

You manage the daily pedagogical processes and ensure the maintenance and further development of pedagogical quality
Together with the management, you ensure that all children, families, and colleagues feel comfortable in the facility participation plays an important role for the carrier
You create the framework for a pleasant, constructive atmosphere where everyone can have fun
You take responsibility for shaping the concept and developing it together with the team
You actively work towards the further development of the daycare center concept
