YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Booking of incoming invoices in both DATEV and the DMS "Amagno" and further processing in DATEV
  • Creation of payment runs in DATEV and provision for the bank program Sfirm
  • Booking of ongoing business transactions in DATEV
  • Preparation of sales tax returns
  • Making bookings as part of the monthly closing
  • Preparatory work for the annual financial statements
  • Reconciliation of open item accounts

WHAT INSPIRES US ABOUT YOU:


  • Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, tax clerk (m/f/d) or proven several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Enthusiasm and motivation
  • Very good DATEV, MS Office, PC and software skills
  • You want to enrich a great team
