We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our dealership.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.


Duties:


  • Welcome customers, help them choose the right car.
  • Explain car details, prices, and how to pay.
  • Set up test drives and go with them.
  • Keep customer info and paperwork uptodate.
  • Be a team player and help us succeed.

Experience:


  • Great at talking to people and being friendly.
  • Good at keeping things organized and on time.
  • Know your way around computers and software.
