Description

The administrative community of Wartenberg
(approx. inhabitants) forms the northernmost and most populous municipal association in the district of Erding, together with its member municipalities Berglern, Langenpreising and Wartenberg.

We are currently looking for a full-time

Head of Financial Administration (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Management of the Finance department (treasury, cash desk, taxes, properties) and the offices of the Berglerner Group water association and Wartenberg middle school association

Budget management for the administrative community of Wartenberg, the three member municipalities, the middle school association and the Berglerner Group water association (preparation, execution and monitoring of budget plans, supplementary budget ordinances and plans, financial reports, annual accounts, etc.)

Cost calculation, financial management, participation management and cost-effectiveness calculations

Financial policy issues (public enterprises, legal forms, VAT, etc.)

Preparation of documents and participation in committee meetings, audit committees, etc.

Preparation of regulations (e.g. on contributions and fees)

Contract management

Project tasks in the area of treasury, including § 2 UStG and digitization
