Your Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support of M&A processes, from pitch to successful closing. You will work closely with team members and the international network, playing a key role in diverse projects in various industries and regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating pitch presentations, teasers, and investment memorandums
  • Building integrated financial models, financial analysis, and company valuations (DCF, trading and transaction comparables)
  • Conducting market and competition analysis, as well as industry analysis for potential acquisition targets and buyers
  • Due diligence activities (setting up virtual data rooms, Q&A)
  • Independent research on companies, markets, potential investors, and targets
  • Supporting the team in events, origination, and other processes

Your Skills

  • Relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree with excellent academic results
  • At least 2 years of practical M&A experience, preferably with a focus on sell-side projects
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills in German
