Customer Service Representative for Scheduling/Outbound (m/f/d)

We are looking for you - Starting immediately, in full-time/part-time (min. 20 hours/week) for a medium-sized company in the communication industry in Erlangen-Eltersdorf.

Your tasks:

Telephone customer scheduling
Mainly outbound calls to customers
Scheduling appointments for I.K. Hofmann

Your qualifications:

Enjoyment of telephone communication and customer contact
Experience in customer communication desirable
Communication skills, customer orientation, and empathy

Good MS Office skills
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
