Position: Manager of Licensing and Product Development

Reports To: Director of Licensing

Location: Flexible, with mostly remote work, but must be able to visit the client's office in Wolfsburg at least once a month.

Start Date: June 1, 2024

Probation Period: 3 months from start date

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

This position will be based in Germany, preferably in Cologne, Düsseldorf, or nearby cities. The candidate must be fluent in both German and English.

Job Description

As the Manager of Licensing and Product Development, you will be a part of the Brand Development team and will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to clients and licensees, including product development.

You should have some experience in licensing, marketing, buying, brand management, or brand development, and have a strong interest in Automotive, Fashion, Lifestyle, and FMCG brands.

Job Requirements

Work with licensees and licensors on product development, overseeing the approval process from initial concepts to final production samples.

Assist in coordinating and updating monthly client trackers to keep track of ongoing prospecting conversations and deals at the contract stage.
