As part of your diverse tasks, you will:

Basics: You will be the contact person for our customers when it comes to advertising and always keep them up-to-date. Step by step, you will get to know our diverse product range and can ensure competent advice at all times.

Daily Experience: You will get a feel for how to handle calls and develop into a sales talent. You will mainly discuss marketing measures via telephone, WhatsApp or easily accept orders via email.

Kick-off: At the beginning of your training, you will receive your own personalized workspace where you can feel comfortable. You will learn the basics of customer service, write convincing and creative ad texts, and become a true professional in handling our internal programs.

Learning by doing: Over time, you will build your own customer base and learn what works best for your customers and how to convince them of the benefits of online and print advertising. You will actively participate in real projects and our daily activities, gaining a lot of expertise. We are convinced that personal experiences stick better.

You'll never walk alone: Throughout your entire training period, you will be accompanied by our experienced account managers and our large RTO team. Our open and friendly corporate culture will quickly make you part of our community.
