These tasks await you:
- You will provide competent and serviceoriented advice in our lottery and post shop.
- With joy, you will manage the lottery and Toto acceptance point.
- You will handle the returns processing for the entire EDEKA market.
- In addition, you will be responsible for cash reconciliation for the shop.
- You will reliably carry out cash register transactions and ensure correct cash reconciliation.
In addition to good interpersonal skills, a salesperson must possess these skills:
- Communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Secure handling of money
- Thoughtful work even in stressful situations
- Willingness to provide good customer service
- Ability to operate cash register systems
- Understanding of instructions
It would be advantageous to have passed the lottery exam and have experience in the above-mentioned areas, but it is not mandatory.
