Part-time with 20.00 hours per week, starting as soon as possible, temporary

Your tasks

Support of the department management in the interface function between the hospital and various service providers.
You support in optimizing internal and external processes within the areas of responsibility.
You participate in process coordination across different hierarchical levels and create concepts and process descriptions according to specifications using MS Office.
You support in planning, preparing and supervising internal and external events within the inhouse conference center.
Furthermore, you represent the department management of service management in their absence.

Your profile

Completed commercial training in a service industry.
Ideally, you have experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy or in a similar position.
Experience in interface management is desirable.
Confident, wellgroomed appearance and excellent manners.
Enjoy working with people.
High customer and service orientation.
