Service Technician for Technical Customer Support in the Office / Backoffice (m/f/d)

At our headquarters in the northern outskirts of Hamburg, we develop and produce innovative and sustainable air humidifiers and humidification systems that we distribute worldwide.

As a member of the CAREL Group, we use and support international knowledge exchange and benefit from the group's sales, service, and production network.

Our devices and systems are used wherever humidity is crucial for well-being, hygiene, or product quality.

This includes, among other applications, ventilation and air conditioning systems for office buildings, hospitals, data centers, as well as storage and production buildings in various industrial sectors, and also the wellness & spa sector.


To strengthen our service team and ensure our service quality, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Service Technician for Technical Customer Support in the Office / Backoffice (m/f/d).


Your main tasks:

  • You are the contact person (m/f/d) for our customers in the field of air humidification devices and water treatment systems regarding technical issues and service inquiries

This includes:

  • Telephone and personal consultation of our customers and system partners from the office
  • Coordination and execution of service processes in consultation with our customers (e.g. commissioning, maintenance and service, training)
