Description
Your tasks:
- Trustworthy support of the GE management in administrative and organizational matters
- Reliable contact person for suppliers and customers, constructive, crossdepartmental cooperation with secretariats and other internal interfaces
- Operational support of the management team of the business unit
- Performance of general office tasks and organizational tasks such as processing and handling of correspondence, taking on special and support tasks
- Creation of presentations and reports as well as meaningful documentation of work results
- Preparation of key figures and creation of decision templates
- Independent organization of meetings, trips, trade fairs, customer visits and conferences including pre and postprocessing
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in assistant work, desired
- Very good English skills in spoken and written (at least level B)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High level of reliability and flexibility, integrity and resilience
- Strong communication skills
