Managing recruiting from A-Z: coordinating the process, conducting initial interviews, cultural fit checks, and developing our platforms and strategy
Developing and hosting formats to strengthen our crew and our culture
Expanding innovative ways to ensure operational standards
Mastering our People & Culture tools (including Personio and Leapsome) you get the best out of them
Supporting and driving various People & Culture projects
