Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - and that's not nearly enough.

As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or monitor something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a (Junior) Junior District Manager for Track (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the locations Eisenach, Erfurt, Jena, Naumburg (Saale), Saalfeld (Saale) or Suhl.

Your tasks:

As a District Manager for Track, you are responsible for the infrastructure facilities in your regional support area (district) and ensure safe, punctual, and economical rail traffic.
We will train you to become a specialist in the railway system and, after successful completion, you will carry out maintenance in the track area.
Your qualification plan will be individually tailored to your previous knowledge and needs, giving you the opportunity to look beyond the company's qualifications and build extensive networks.
In your responsible position, you will be approximately 50% in the office and 50% in the field in your district.
This includes, among other things, conducting system inspections, evaluating and documenting the results, and possibly deriving followup measures in your exciting task portfolio
