Our client is the subsidiary of a highly successful US-based company group in the field of "equipment and accessories for the gardening, agricultural, farming, and forestry industries". The products are distributed in more than 100 countries worldwide. The products stand for excellent quality, sophisticated user-friendliness, safety, environmental compatibility, efficiency, and innovation. The company group is on a clear and profitable growth course internationally - Germany is one of the most important sales markets for the group and still has a lot of potential for further sales growth. The conditions for this are in place: a clear marketing and sales strategy is in place, as well as an excellent support team in the sales department to support the field sales team. As part of a retirement, we are looking for a successor for our B2B dealer business with a focus on forestry and gardening in Bavaria.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for trade with a focus on specialist retailers and our DIY store customers in the Bavarian region. The goal is to continue profitable growth through intensive customer care and expanding business relationships. This also includes further expansion of the dealer network through systematic acquisition of new customers.
