Description

  • Your responsibilities will include leading and organizing tasks within a strong team as a team leader
  • You will be the internal and external contact for all personnel matters related to collective bargaining, tax, and social security law
  • You will process payroll and salary statements
  • You will assist in creating personnel statistics
  • You will manage working hours and vacation accounts in the time tracking system with the team
  • You will work on national HR projects and contribute to the development of the company group
What you bring

  • POWER to be an organizational talent behind the scenes
  • Completed commercial training, preferably as a tax clerk with experience in payroll accounting or as a personnel clerk
  • Ideally, you have some experience in leadership
  • Solid experience with common payroll systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of collective bargaining, tax, and social security law
  • High level of commitment and team spirit, strong customer service orientation, initiative, and ability to work independently, and a desire for change
