Sales Support Specialist for Export (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:


  • Creating, processing, and monitoring offers and orders
  • Preparing shipping, transportation, export, and customs documents
  • Managing existing customers and supporting new customer acquisition
  • Tracking offers and actively engaging with customers

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Previous experience in the sales department of an industrial company preferred
  • Good knowledge of German and English, additional languages are a plus (especially French, Italian, Spanish)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. abas ERP)
  • Ability to handle high workload, work well in a team, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
