(m/f/d) for our community accommodation in Berlin - Pankow as soon as possible.

Prisod Wohnheimbetriebs GmbH has been working as a social service provider on behalf of the state of Berlin since 2002.

We operate several community accommodations throughout the city. Our facilities provide housing for asylum seekers, refugees, and homeless individuals with their children. Every day, we all work to ensure the well-being of our residents and the smooth operation of our accommodations.

Our interactions with all people in the facility are characterized by respect and consideration for individual life stories and needs.

Your tasks

• Casespecific support for residents
• Conducting initial interviews to determine individual counseling and support needs
• Supporting and promoting residents with the goal of helping them help themselves
• Collaboration with and referral of residents to counseling centers (e.g. on topics such as health, asylum law, etc.)
• Supporting residents in their contact with authorities and other contacts
• Assisting with filling out forms and applications
• Taking responsibility for a central topic area (e.g. school)
• Providing assistance or intervention in crises and conflicts, followed by developing and implementing appropriate support measures for those affected
• Cooperation with offices, authorities, and other relevant contacts
