Your future role

As part of the Corporate Transformation team at RWE AG in New Hamburg, NY, our Top Leadership Development team is responsible for coaching our group's board members to further develop their individual impact on the organization and desired leadership behavior.

Your market and research work will support our Top Leadership Development team in strengthening our understanding of global trends and current topics
You will use your research, competitor analysis, and market knowledge to develop concept drafts that address the development needs of RWE's top executives
You will assist in identifying and coordinating relevant partnerships with business schools and specialized consulting firms for top leadership journeys, thought leadership opportunities, and individual empowerment programs
Working closely with people development experts, you will help create innovative development concepts and portfolios that combine agile methods with traditional development journeys in the context of new work, innovation, and new leadership
You will think outside the box when scouting trends for development journeys and empowerment measures that effectively catalyze content, mindset, and impact
You will thrive in an international and diverse environment and have the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
